This service option provides partial or full showcase home staging for your vacant listings based on your decor budget. We have the added advantage of personalizing every stage to fit each unique listing. We choose each piece to match the individuality of the home and offer the selling look. With this service, J. Elaine Interiors will create a beautiful atmosphere by placing hand selected furniture and accessories throughout the home. As we know eye-catching decor allows a buyer to visualize themselves living in the selling home and it creates the emotion needed to make a sale. We can accommodate any size home and budget within your financial means. ________________________________ DECOR RENTAL J. Elaine offers an extensive inventory of accessories available for rent to set the stage. This includes: artwork, lighting, pillows, bedding sets, greenery, and other items. *Accessories are rented on a monthly basis. If rental is not your thing, we would be happy to shop for the accessories for you. We work with any budget. Remember that anything purchased with your design budget would go great in your new home. ________________________________ Starting Price: $1,000 per room. This rate is also per month if using J.Elaine rental decor. We charge a minimum 2-month rental period regardless of how quickly your house sells. This expense is typical for vacant houses that need a few strategic rooms staged, such as the living room, kitchen, and master suite.
