This Full Service Design Experience is suited to each individual project resulting in comfortable, unique spaces reflective of our clients’ tastes, interests, and lifestyles. Our comprehensive, tailored interior design services is perfect for clients who desire a stress free makeover of their space, where beautiful memories can be made for many years to come. We take care of everything from: Space Planning, Selection of Furniture, Lighting, Fixtures, Paints/ Finish Selections, Wallpaper Installations, Selection of Art and Accessories, Management of the Design Process from Procurement through Installation. We promise to leave your space breathtaking and as promised-- this will be a stress-free experience for you. We will start with a 90 minute In-Home Consultation in order to get a more detailed understanding of your vision for your space. From there, we create a space that is beautiful that you will love to coming home to. ________________________________________ The JD Experience is broken into two unique phases: Design Phase: 1st 1/2 payment is due. • Initial Consultation/Design Work Session (90 minutes at your home) • Measuring of the Space • Acquiring Quotes (if needed) • Concept Board (so that you can picture the finished space) • Complete Specifications of all furnishings & decor that'll work for YOU • Design Plan Presentation Meeting • One revision (if needed) • Design Plan Approval, Payment & Sign Off ________________________________________ Implementation Phase: Final 1/2 payment is due. • Ordering of all Furnishings & Accessories • Tracking of all Furnishings & Accessories • Receiving & Inspection of all Furnishings & Accessories (if delivered to JED) • Coordinating of Delivery & Installation • Complete Installation & Styling • YOUR JDTV Moment - Voila! • **Professional Videography - You'll be able to show your home off to everyone with before and after looks. Your first look at your new space will be captured on film! (*OPTIONAL*) _______________ Please advise: Each project is unique with different desires and demands, therefore we cannot give a full quote until we assess the scope of your project via Consultations. We do have a base starting point for small rooms which has a starting price of $700. This includes the install and design fees only (Furniture, materials and all contracting work is a separate fee). **Videography is optional.
